Deadly Viper is an initiative dedicated to beginning a strategic conversation on the issues of radical integrity and grace. Our focus is to develop leaders who are having intentional, transparent, and honest conversations about key character issues.

Deadly Viper is no-holds barred. It’s for the radical, risk taking, gutsy leaders who are kicking butt and taking names. Even if you’re in the middle of your finest hour, basking in a pool of success, there might be some personal integrity stuff you need to think about. It’s very possible your character weapons have dulled and your integrity muscles have become flabby and soft. And you haven’t even noticed.

The Deadly Viper Story Begins Mike Foster and Jud Wilhite are best friends who are often found in Jud’s Las Vegas mancave figuring how to be better leaders, warriors, and advocates for each others success. While sitting in the mancave one night, they hatched a plan to help each other and their friends with the issues of character and integrity which gave birth to the Deadly Viper initiative.

They talked about the stresses of their work, their marriages, friendships, and life in general. They talked about their dreams for their kids, their roles as leaders, and they hashed over the possible pitfalls of life. What they came up with was Deadly Viper.

On October 5, 2007 the Deadly Viper project was launched at the Catalyst Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This included over 11,000 leaders getting a copy of Deadly Viper Character Assassins and the launch of www.DeadlyViper.org

Target Market The key target market that Deadly Viper influences is emerging leaders in their 20’s and 30’s. The language, tone, and communication strategies are specifically designed to engage this group. However, Deadly Viper crosses many age demographics and is inclusive in its ideas and strategies.

Deadly Viper is dedicated to influencing leaders in key leadership areas. We are proactive in shaping ideas and attitudes about the issues of character, integrity, finances, emotions, sexuality, transparency and restoration. We are missionally focused and driven by the desire to impact leaders. This is not about a product or a book. It is about life change and a character revolution.

Intentional Conversations Deadly Viper facilitates and encourages conversations between leaders, staff members, and friends. We believe that people talk about things that matter to them and our priorities often revolve around the conversations that we are having on a daily basis. We know that leaders need to be more intentional about engaging with each other about how to finish strong in leadership. Studies show that we can learn and grow by connecting with each other and being in community. A Deadly Viper key mission is to start the conversations between all of us and to put integrity back into the collective dialogue for leaders.

20,000 Leaders Initiative The Deadly Viper project currently consists of over 3,000 leaders who have committed to lead their organizations and lives with radical integrity and radical grace. They consist of leaders from all over the world serving in various sectors. Our goal is to have over 20,000 leaders who ascribe to these principles and practices by the end of 2008.
